I have planned my holidays and time schedule for 2018. I plan to take a few extra long weekends off to make sure I’m 100% fit and healthy to provide the best care I can.

I have a CPR 2 day course for a refresher.
I also am doing a musculoskeletal course delving into the myofascial connective tissue side of releasing muscle tension.
